We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family at Platinum Apartments. Smooth and easy check in/check out process. Helen and Rachel were super lovely and absolutely amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and was within walking distance for the casino, shops and transport. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again next time we visit Melbourne.
We had a wonderful 5 nights at Platinum Apartments. The location was brilliant and the balcony views were stunning. The apartment was very clean and modern and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out was very easy and there was always a quick response to any questions. We very much look forward to our next stay.
Only good about this hotel is location. It is located is in city and view from apartment is good. But service is poor. Room has no heater. AC was not working. Imagine cold winter in Melbourne without heating system. Our experience was terrible. They did not even leave any extra blankets. Room was really dusty and linens looked old. Not worth the price we paid.
