Great location just up from flinders st station. Stayed two nights. Didnt service the room and left us running out of toilet paper. We had maybe a third of a roll between three women Had to ask for a third set of bathroom products. No hand towel. Obly 2 glasses in the room when booked for three people. Not enough milk. Only 2 to last 2 days for three people. Flat batteries in the air con remote on arrival. Only one pillow each not the usual 2. And only one spare blanket. Reasonable price split between three of us OMG I didnt realise at first but the vacuming on the edge of the walls and behind the door is non exsistent. The carpet is charcoal/black and the layer of dirt os almost white (very pale grey) Then i started to notice it along the hallway walls and near the elevators.

Great location, central to transport and great shopping. Comfortable bed but very poor housekeeping. Room was grotesquely dusty - I've never seen such filthy skirting or picture frames. Elevators and buttons were filthy, so much so I pulled my sleeve over my hand to press buttons, or used my elbow. Even inside the cupboard were the toaster etc and crockery were kept, dusty! The window may have never been cleaned - though the curtains looked clean?? Plus side, the one housekeeper I bumped into was polite. I understand for a cheap rate, to not expect the Hilton... but I think it's reasonable to expect sanitary conditions.

The room was exceptionally small, with floors that hadn't seen a proper clean in ages. The windows were so caked with grime they barely let in any sunlight. During a scheduled fire drill, I got trapped in the emergency stairwell—a genuinely unsettling experience. That night, I had to make do with what might have been the thinnest blanket ever manufactured, all while enduring relentless noise that made restful sleep near impossible.
