best room in chengdu, feels very cozy and homey! Got great chinese breakfast, peets coffee, high tech toilet and laifen hairdryer in the room! i highly recommend!!!!

Have been staying in this hotel chain for my past few trips to China whenever possible. Love the comfortable bed and pillows, and friendly staff personnel including their housekeeping team. What gave me a deeper impression this time is Staff Vivi, she is not only friendly and helpful to my queries, she is remarkable. She was able to greet me by my surname when we met the next day. Also, when we were checking in, I enquired about booking a room in Urcove, Chongqing (our next lap). Not only did she gave me a link to book through the WeChat mini program with good deals, she followup again two days later, just checking whether I needed help with the booking. The only thing I was not comfortable with, was the staff that did our check-out, she kept asking me to do my online review on the spot (in front of her), importantly to quote her name, since I am very satisfied with the stay. But I have only interacted with her during my checkout, not other time during my stay. Overall, outstanding especially to Staff Vivi.

You'll also find fruit shops offering seasonal produce from China and Southeast Asia, plus convenient bike rentals accessible through WeChat or Alipay. The hotel provides excellent amenities including: Free laundry facilities (2 washers & dryers with complimentary detergent) Peet's Coffee available both in rooms and at the lobby café Spacious outdoor breakfast area (perfect for when breakfast gets crowded after 07:30 AM) Complimentary slippers (particularly useful as I noticed the room floors weren't as clean as they could be) Personal Experience:‌ As a Hyatt Globalist member, I enjoyed a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast. Cigarette smoke: Chengdu is full of smokers, and the odor of cigarettes gets into everything, including the hotel’s non smoking rooms. Final Thoughts:‌ Despite minor cleanliness observations, the hotel's convenient location, great amenities, and comfortable accommodations make it a property I'd happily revisit. The combination of modern convenience and local charm creates a truly enjoyable stay.
