Great hotel, very well located, close to the metro, with a fantastic breakfast and spacious rooms. Everything is nearby. Clean and very friendly staff who speak English. There are many shops and restaurants in the area, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
Generally good and clean hotel. Staff speak little English. Beware: location on Google Maps is NOT correct. Address is 2266 Pudong South Rd, but Google pinpoint is not on that road. Actual location is much further from Tangqiao Metro, about 10 mins walk South of the station.
I stayed 20 nights here for a business trip. At the very first night I found the shower nuzzle dirty; there was feces on it. The hotel manager proposed a remedy of waving me off a one-night fee. I refused, all I want is an official APOLOGY. I raised this issue to Hyatt and there is no more action they take. I understand everything could happen but I cannot accept how this hotel escape from its responsibility. Terrible terrible experience, both from the event and Hyatt.
