Urso Hotel & Spa

It was an extraordinary service! The concierge, sorry forgot his name, he was from Argentina, went out of his way to make our life easier. We needed a tube for an art work so we could bring it with us on the plane and he ran the errand for us. On another note, the room was always kept tidy and clean! The location of the hotel was great! We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was outstanding! We ordered the recommendations. This was the second time staying at this particular hotel. Highly recommend it.

We loved the Hotel and ambience and wonderful decor. The concierge advice and help was brilliant and everyone made us feel so welcome. We have already recommended to friends who live locally. Breakfast was fabulous and the hotel Reception excellent. Rooms quiet and very well appointed - only problem was a small leak in shower door. Best wishes Jules

We loved the location of Urso Hotel, surrounded by very nice cafes, restaurants and a lively atmosphere. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They even helped me to purchase a bottle of Spanish Virgin Olive oil, have it wrapped and send my room within a day. The only areas of improvement we noticed was the infrastructure of the hotel. Although our room was spacious and well furnished, we experienced breakdowns in our safe box, lock of our door, and water release of our hand wash basin the during our stay of seven days. These were addressed by the hotel staff very quickly, but still brought to mind a need for a more energetic maintenance of the hotel's infrastructure.
