I spent 2 night there with my family. The service was great and the receptionists were friendly. However, the room's space kind of tiny. The location is fairly ok but if you plan for the nightlife at pub-street. You should choose another place since this area is quite at night
Overall, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bed is well prepared. Except that the bathroom is a little bit smelly, but bearable. I do hope that the staff will do something about it. Additionally, it is easy to locate and the price is reasonable and affordable. Another remarkable thing is how professional the staffs are, when I visited since Saturday, 12 April, 2025, before Khmer New Year. They are friendly, yet remain elegant at the same time. They just very welcoming us, I felt so comfortable there. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to have their breakfast yet. Still, I love their services so far. As for their security, I would say that we can trust our car to them at ease. I will visit the hotel again, if I were to go to Siem Reap next time.
Internet was trash when I was there and they didn’t know how to fix it. Worked in the lobby but not my room on the second floor. No restaurant or bar. But clean and nice staff. And for the price can’t beat it. I paid 30 dollars.
