Utop Marina Hotel & Resort

This place is new and clean. It’s a good deal as it is run as a budget hotel. They only clean the room if you stay more than 2 nights and you pay extra to use the pool. The biggest downside is you can only control the temperature in the summer. Our room was quite hot, so we had to leave the balcony door open. The location is great though. Prices on the weekdays are fantastic.

This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The level of service from the staff is also extremely low. You even have to wait in line to check in. It would be nice if they were flexible and let guests check in early, but they didn't. They said that check-in should start at 3pm when there are a lot of guests, so everyone had to wait in line to get a waiting number. I don't know if people have any thoughts or not. Guests should feel good when they come to the hotel and receive service, but as a guest, I started to feel bad from the moment I checked in. The hotel room was clean. However, there were no slippers. The bathroom was very inconveniently structured. I got a corner room at the very end, and because it was a corner room, the view was slightly blocked. There was a washing machine in the room. However, it was not clean because the moisture was not removed, so I had to wash it before using it. It seems that the hotel did not teach them basic service spirit. I stay in hotels about 100 days a year or more, and this is the first time I've stayed in a hotel with a 5-star location and motel-level service.
