Utopia Blu Hotel

We spent a wonderful vacation at this beautifully modern hotel by the sea. The rooms were impeccably clean and regularly maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout our stay. The all-inclusive package exceeded expectations—with a wide variety of delicious dishes and an impressive selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delightful surprise was the opportunity to dine at the à la carte restaurants once during our stay, all included in the package. One of the standout features was the hotel’s mobile app, which provided easy access to all essential information and made navigating our stay seamless. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and hospitable atmosphere. The pools were crystal clear, and the surrounding areas were carefully maintained, making it a pleasant place to unwind. However, the beach, while clean and perfect for families thanks to its gentle sea entry, is located about 20 minutes on foot from the hotel. A shuttle service is available, but it runs only four times a day and tends to be quite full in the afternoons. The beach itself offers basic amenities—sunbeds, umbrellas, and water service—but we felt the overall beach experience could benefit from additional services to match the high standards of the hotel. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay, especially for those who value comfort, variety, and excellent service. Just be prepared for a bit of a walk or crowded shuttle if you’re planning beach days!

Really luxurious. Spotlessly clean and staff very attentive. Our room had a swim up pool which was really lovely. Food was great. The whole resort was well looked after. The location is quite remote and very quiet, which was perfect for us but might not be what everyone is looking for. Slight downsides- .The room was quite small. Smaller than normal for hotels in this price bracket . Not brilliant for children. Though children are welcome, it really has the feel of a quiet, adults only resort (obviously this isn't a downside if you aren't travelling with kids). We have definitely experienced better kids clubs and entertainment. . all drinks are bar service only, which means we often had to queue just to get water. They also won't let you order more than two drinks. We were a family of 4, so 2 of us had to go to the bar every time just so we could have one drink each. A few self serve machines for water/ soft drinks would have been handy, especially around the main pool Overall a great hotel. We would definitely stay again

We flew here from Canada for a family trip of a lifetime. We are currently here and have booked 2 rooms with pool view adult section. From start to finish, everything has exceeded my expectations. The quality is top-notch, the customer service is friendly and attentive, and the overall value is excellent. I especially appreciated the management and front desk staff. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for an all-inclusive resort in Tigaki. Five stars all the way!
