Utopia Loft

I love this area, this condo is in the middle of the forest through which you can easily get to the beach by 10-15 mins walk. Its rooftop swimming pool with great view and chill water also quite rare to find in condos. Cleaning is good and regular, friendly staff. Only one unpleasant thing is soundproof, seems like there is none, you can hear the neighbour TV and everything outside, which now is crucial cause there is construction work nearby. Try to ask for a forest view apartment once the construction is finished (most likely this year) will be great place to live or stay for vacation.

It’s amazing place, I enjoyed with swim pool so much, The room was also good, Its like a condo, clean, the housekeeper and receptionist good service, The entrance is a bit deep, but it was quiet and peaceful, niceeee!!

The grease trap under the sink smells awful, like a septic tank. The walls are super thin, and you’ll hear everything from your neighbors 🤐. The apartment gets extremely hot, especially on the top floor. On the bright side, the building exterior looks nice, the staff are friendly, and the location is great, close to Naiharn Beach which is the only reason we keep coming back to this area. But we won’t stay in this condo again.
