We had an unexpected change of plans with our reservation and needed to cancel. The owner was incredibly kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Despite it being the high season, they went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we could still enjoy our stay. Their exceptional customer service and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation much easier. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here in the future!
We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The best part of this hotel is its staff. They are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. Last but not least: the breakfast they serve is the very best we encountered in Greece.
I worked in this place for 2 months. The circumstances for the staff are the worst. Some people who work there are literally starving and dont have a place to live. The owner, Dimitris Kosvoyannis, never keeps his word of what he says, he always scams and still owes me money for my work there and rent for the place that he prosmised he would pay. The manager has 0 experience in hotel bussines and also scams people. The worst place i have ever worked, do not recomend.
