I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, the room and bathroom were absolutely beautiful, with a large shower and plenty of hot water. The bed was super comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—especially Nicolas, who was always available and easy to communicate with. Despite facing the street, the room wasn’t noisy at all. Of course, you can hear some traffic when the windows are open, but once closed, it’s peaceful and quiet. One lovely surprise was the free minibar with snacks—it really made my day after a long journey. Also, leaving my luggage before check-in and after check-out was absolutely no problem, which I really appreciated. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the coffee machine is only available in the hallway. Having a kettle in the room would have been a nice touch. Highly recommend this place!

1. Rooms are nicely furnished but definitely make sure you don't get one with a view to the mainstreet. It is impossible to get a good night sleep because of the noise of a very busy boulevard especially if you cannnot wear earplugs during your sleep. 2. Rooms are not assigned according to the reservation and the blame is entirely atributed to the 3rd party booking system, although they are not the ones creating and maintaining the listing. 3. Location is good and close to some of the main lamdmarks of the city if you don't have to deal with the first 2 points.

Here’s my honest feedback, as a travel agent: -No insulation, you can hear your neighbors’ steps and the floor cracking under their feet. Our room was by the front door, we could hear people entering and leaving all night. Other guests mentioned this. -Due to marketing, we were expecting an exceptional design, unique furniture. But the room felt very generic to us. This might be different to others. It was clean and tidy though. Towels smelt good. -Good mattress, but average pillows. I left with neck pain. -The coffee machine and tea was outside of the room, not very convenient If you want an early cup since It’s noisy and you have to go upstairs. One of the worst Nespresso pods we’ve ever tasted. -We were met with hostile looks from some guy when we asked the housekeeping lady about luggage storage. We needed to leave them for an hour to go grab breakfast. I am not sure who was that man, but we could tell he was part of the staff. He didn’t even return our greeting. Luckily Nicolas the account manager came to the rescue with a more friendly attitude. We confirmed with the hotel that luggage storage is an option before arrival, yet we felt as If It was a burden to them. Positive points: -They provide a list of recommendations post-booking, from coffeeshops to restaurants. -Away from the crowds but still well connected to the center. An Uber ride to the Airport is between 10 and 11 euros. -Easy and hassle free self check-in. All the information is provided before arrival. -The “mini-bar” had a complementary bag of chips, cookies, still and sparkling water. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this for longer stays or to my corporate clients.
