The hotel is a chic boutique property with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, providing exceptional customer service from start to finish. Our room was absolutely charming—beautifully decorated and comfortable. The team went above and beyond, offering fantastic recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and nearby towns to explore. They even arranged transportation for us, making everything seamless and stress-free. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to great dining, shopping, and parks. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

My mother and I stayed a week in the Medusa room. Everything about the stay was wonderful. We are both very picky about cleanliness and this hotel and room were impeccable. The location is also amazing. So close to many wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping. The best part was the staff though. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, especially Morad. He helped take our suitcases up to our room and was super helpful showing us around and giving tips, etc. We will definitely be coming back!!

It’s beautifully designed from the outside and common areas. Location is good. My room however was pretty much zero to very little ventilation with a 12 inch opening and no air conditioning. I have a headache from low oxygen and heat in fhis room and they refuse to move me without paying more money and upgrading .
