V Hotel Fujairah

We wanted to stay somewhere with sea view and this was ideal place. We had sea view, room was okay just there was no tv channels as expected. Housekeeper lady was helpful who was from Myanmaar I believe. The restaurant manager was welcoming that he offered me a coffee and send at my table during breakfast. I enjoyed the sauna and the dip by the pool at rooftop even was small. With the price I paid worth visiting.

The reception team was warm and welcoming, they were the highlight of my stay. However, the hotel itself did not meet expectations based on the online photos. The furniture felt outdated, the bathtub was leaking, and the toiletries provided were of poor quality. The pool also appeared poorly maintained and not thoroughly clean. Another major issue was the overall noise level. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this might not be the best option, as large groups of guests were often loud in public areas with little regard for other guests seeking rest. Additionally, the service at the coffee shop was very disappointing. I waited for nearly 10 minutes after someone appeared to take my order, only to be left without any explanation. Eventually, I gave up and walked out. All in all, this hotel does not reflect the standard of a 4-star property. There's a clear need for updates in both facilities and service delivery.

Our stay at the V Hotel started with a few concerns, however, we were impressed with the responsiveness of one of the managers. They listened attentively and did their utmost to accommodate our needs, which significantly improved our experience and led to a good final stay. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to Umbrella Beach and the downtown area. We also appreciated the breakfast buffet, which offered a varied selection from cereals to made-to-order omelets and other appealing options. While the limited television channel selection and slow-to-respond remotes were minor drawbacks, overall, we had a positive stay, especially considering the excellent support from senior staff. We noted that the level of cleanliness could benefit from some improvement, but the senior team was efficient and helpful in addressing issues. Thank you for your hospitality.
