Great service overall. Swimming pool and sauna are definitely a plus (kids loved it). The stairs are a pain to join the centre, but the snow track was 20 meters from the venue, and it's a major plus. Quiet residence, car park with lots of space, a nice week.

We stayed here for a week. Like lots of reviews say, yes the whole place is a bit dated but it's still very up together and clean and tidy. as we drove we took our own bedding and towels, dish cloths and general stuff needed in a kitchen. However, you will find a fully supplied kitchen, it had everything you could possibly need including a new Samsung oven microwave. Honestly the apartment was amazing. Only downside is that it's a long walk to the Gondola and a lot of stairs down (118 to be exact) to the small chairlift. That said for what we paid it was good value for money. We would return again.

The residence and rooms are OK, the location is reasonably good as long ad there’s enough snow, but the residence management and service is not very pro-customer oriented, and they charge you fees for everything they can - including €50 if you are just 20 minutes late to handover your room when you are cleaning it to a reasonable state (e.g. oven was given us dirty and took lot of time to clean in the end to avoid another charge for room cleaning).
