Vacation Bay Brand New 2 BR in MESK Tower

We want to thank the team at Hometown, they have been very attentive, helpful and the holiday rental is lovely and well stocked with supplies, wifi is strong and good streaming TV options for the kids. Ramzan and Haseeb respond right away to any issues, and the weekly cleaning crew is so kind to my children which means alot. We were quite wary upon renting with them as we had an awful experience with another company but they have been nothing but lovely. Highly recommend!

Very bad experiance with them. i rent the appartment through airbnb, then i changed the boooking and shiffting by onenight through airbnb and confirmed the changed by message. later i had issue with payment and they suppprtpayments once arrival. later they push me to checkout and they ask me for extension of the night. be carefull also theappartment was not prepared, tv not working, no tissue, no soups. etc. as an advise, do not think to book with them

Very disappointing experience I had with this company for short rental of my apartment. Short staffed, no proper management team or mgmt system in place. High set up cost in line with top notch companies in the market without apparent value or services rendered. No visibility or clarity on bookings amounts whatsoever, the system seems to be designed to be so. They charge me for portraits almost 5 times its original price and they have ready "out of the box" justifications for everything lame is happening. The Manager of the company claimed that there is no company in the market has a proper booking system that gives landlord booking details and after I left them and shopped around I found that almost all companies I have contacted in the market have a proper system in place except for this company. payments are delayed, refunds are a nightmare. My recommendation is stay away unless you enjoy ambiguity and want to buy a serious heartache
