Vacation Village

Awesome place. Rooms are extremely nice, comfortable and clean. 10-15 minutes from any of the Disney Theme Parks. Plenty of fast food and other restaurants very close by. Price was low to what we expected for a 850 square foot condo. 1 King size bedroom with Queen size sofa bed. Kitchen, washer, dryer and huge bathroom with 2 separate areas. Shower and a very large tub. Service is very good too.

We booked via Booking on a non-refundable rate (that’s the only option available for this property there). Upon arrival we were told the hotel checks in only guests aged 21+. This rule was placed in additional links at the bottom (property policy). As non-US travelers, this isn’t obvious to us - in many countries check-in is allowed from 18. At the front desk we specifically asked about a refund. The staff member said they would send an official letter to Booking to support a refund. Later, Booking confirmed no such letter had been received, and the hotel rejected Booking’s official refund request multiple times. We were asked to come in person again; when we did, we were told it was our fault and no refund would be issued. We opened a dispute with our bank; the bank sided with Booking - no refund. Our takeaway: the age policy wasn’t made clear for international guests, the check-in promise about supporting a refund wasn’t fulfilled, and refund requests were subsequently declined. This cost us time, stress, and money. We hope the hotel revisits its process and communicates the policy more transparently to non-US travelers

Terrible experience. Got to the room, the roof had mold growing. they moved us rooms. And a staff member stole my wife's wedding ring. they said they couldn't do anything about it EVENTHOUGH we knew who it was because only 1 person entered the room besides us. dude had tattoos everywhere, very unprofessional. terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
