Was a lovely stay in this peaceful and family friendly hotel. The staff is so lovely young and energetic. Breakfast was so nice. Rooms are spacious and comfy. They were helping with all our questions. Definitely a huge value for money.

Far away from downtown and hotspot beaches. If you want to sleep and rest It is the best hotel only free breakfast is avaliable. It's swimming pool is quite nice to have fun. Service is pretty. I suppose It is only good for small family and couple or friends.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs We stayed for 2 nights and paid 22,000 TL for 2 rooms, expecting a premium experience. Instead, it was a nightmare. We booked rooms with balconies and garden views—only one matched. The other had no view or balcony. Staff refused proper compensation until repeated requests, offering just a 1000 TL discount for both rooms. Electricity kept cutting off. One room’s door wouldn’t lock, raising safety concerns. After initially expressing dissatisfaction, we later confirmed we would stay. Despite this, the manager kicked us out the next morning, claiming the rooms were given to someone else — without even informing us. During the argument, the manager insulted us by accusing us of taking too many complimentary water bottles, which were provided as part of the breakfast included with our stay. It was a petty, baseless accusation during an already stressful moment — completely unprofessional and demeaning. They shifted us to Çeşme Sarum Hotel, which was worse: • No running water for over 5 hours • ACs not working in the summer heat • Staff refused to refund us so we could leave • Only after fighting at 1 AM were we moved to new rooms • Next morning, water cut off mid-shower, my cousin had to rinse with pool water • Room doors didn’t lock — we felt unsafe This trip was ruined. The complete lack of respect, hospitality, and professionalism was appalling. Avoid this hotel and Sarum Hotel. Not worth your time, money, or dignity.
