Poor Service, Bad Facilities, and Desert View Terrible experience — I swear it was beyond disappointing. The room view was just an empty desert; it didn’t feel like staying in a hotel at all. There’s no parking, so your car stays under the blazing sun all day. The rooms are far from the hotel's main activities and have no real view. The complimentary drinks were extremely poor, and the furniture was old, uncomfortable, and mostly made of metal. You can't split the king bed into two singles, and adding an extra bed costs a fortune. The air conditioner inside the room was extremely noisy — the sound was unbearable, and it didn’t work efficiently at cooling the room. The hotel is clearly understaffed — the same workers handle everything, resulting in poor service. No proper toiletries are provided, just a wall-mounted dispenser for shower gel and face soap. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were awful. No Wi-Fi is available. Only one unheated swimming pool, and the kids' pool was dirty and clearly neglected. The aqua park operates only 4 hours a day! Meal times are very limited — only two hours for breakfast and two hours for dinner. Room cleaning is not automatic — you have to request it daily. They only gave me two towel cards even though we were four people, and I had to ask for more myself. Even basic entertainment like the ping pong table and billiards table was not free — you have to pay extra per hour, just like renting them outside the hotel, which is ridiculous! Honestly, I do not recommend this place at all. It was a complete waste of time and money
