VALA Hua Hin Nu Chapter Hotels

Rare places deserve special mention, and VALA Hua Hin is truly one of them. I stayed here for three nights, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. My mom was visiting, so I decided to take her on a relaxing getaway—and choosing VALA was the best decision. From the moment we checked in to the final breakfast at the morning buffet, the service was simply impeccable. You can stay in a room anywhere, but what brings you back to VALA is the warmth, care, and those small, genuine gestures that make all the difference. In three days, I never once heard a “no”—the staff here truly go out of their way to make things happen. A special thank you to Khun Ice, who showed exceptional kindness and attention to my mother’s dietary needs. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mom had something delicious and suitable to enjoy at every meal. VALA, you're doing it right—you’re hiring the right people and creating memorable experiences. We will definitely be back!

I’d like to express my appreciation for the hotel staff. This was my second stay at the villa. The first time left a great impression, but this second visit was even more special ,thanks to the exceptional service and warmth from every staff member. Every part of the experience from the restaurant to the pool area was memorable, but I was especially impressed by the front desk staff during check-in. Everyone was patient, kind, and always had a smile on their face. We stayed in four rooms this time, and I want to give special thanks to Khun Moo, who was incredibly calm and helpful throughout the check-in process and offered great assistance. Also, before our arrival, Khun Alis called ahead to confirm details and gave excellent advice regarding our rooms. Even more impressively, she went above and beyond to help coordinate a surprise my birthday with my family taking care of the setup and making sure everything was perfect. The staff were truly wonderful, and I will definitely be coming back again. :)

The staff at VALA Hua Hin were absolutely wonderful — warm, attentive, and tried their best to help throughout our stay. Initially, however, the room experience didn’t meet expectations, especially for a resort at this level. We had booked three poolside mini suites directly with the resort for over $1,000 USD, so the resort was fully compensated. Unfortunately, 2 out of the 3 rooms had a strong mold/mildew smell — not just unpleasant, but a real health concern. The staff offered to move us, but every similar room we checked had the same issue. They brought in a filter machine, but it only added noise and didn’t solve the problem. Not wanting to send the staff walking around all night sniffing rooms, we all ended up squeezing into the one tolerable suite. It turned into some great family bonding time — which we appreciated — but it wasn’t what we expected or paid for. At that point, we joked we should’ve just booked the villa! Fortunately, after following up with management, they finally moved us to a beachfront room. It really makes me think the problem may be tied to the piping or ventilation in the poolside suites. Maybe with the poolside condensation could linger and make the room a bit more intense. Either way, we appreciated the effort and response from management. We travel frequently and stay everywhere from luxury resorts to mom-and-pop inns — feel free to check our other Google reviews. This was shaping up to be our first negative one, but credit where it’s due: management did step in, and we ended the trip on a much better note. Giving it 4 stars for now — there’s a lot to love here, especially with the right room.
