We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the location is ideal – quiet but still central. Breakfast was varied and of good quality!! A special thanks goes to Dora, who always greeted us with a smile. She was not only incredibly friendly but also consistently helpful – truly a great asset to the hotel team. We will definitely come back!
Great experience here at the Resort! One fantastic aspect is the Maro Club for the kids. Our daughter (6) loved spending time there. She loved the dance party, the scavenger hunt, and the arts and crafts. Special shout out to Dora and Stella for making it a great experience!
Such a pity, this resort has gone downhill the past year. Location as always is good, however management letting things slide. If it wasn't for the friendly staff, rating would be lower. Housekeeping didn't clear our villa for 3 days ( we had dog in unit for max hour at lunch), buffet queues longer than previous year due to change wrt serving stations, menu fatigue this year due to minimal changes versus year before and staff drinking on the job daily at the villa pool bar.
