Service was very friendly. Language was not a barrier. Rooms were very clean but badly need updating/ upgrading. Parking available on-site. Breakfast included in the price so altogether good value for the price we paid. Pet-friendly too.

The hotel in first look might give and older feeling due to heavy decor but it has some of the most friendly and helpful stuff, some of the cleanest rooms/baths we ve seen in 4star hotels, great price for value, continental breakfast with more options and great ☕️ Private free parking is plus also. As a local guide I recommend this hotel if you are traveling and want a great rest from your long drives. I def plan to stay again and family friendly!

Quite good by Italian standard. Like its quiet neighbourhood and ample parking room for our big bus. However, did not like that the fact all nearby eateries and shops were closed when we arrived by 7.30pm. The key to the room was just a very simple key, but assumed a more up market look by having a really heavy bronze keychain. There was a 35” ‘MI’ TV in the room. There were more than 40 channels to choose from, but none was In English or Chinese. Like the air conditioning system in room. Simple and easy to use especially with a laminated visual guide on the table. Air cond functioned well and very cooling. Free breakfast was provided by this hotel.
