There was 16 of us staying in 4 houses on site and all had a great time. The houses were a long way from golf clubhouse so the shuttle service was used frequently. Clubhouse snack food that i had was good. Staff & service was excellent. Golf courses were in superb condition. We had the power cut that all of Portugal and Spain had and the staff coped very well under immense pressure. Would recommend a hire car to get to travel away from resort
Beautiful resort, however 3-star because the service overall wasn’t great. The cleaning of the villa was non existent, very basic change of bedsheets and towels. The report is huge, so the walk to the beach is 30 minutes, this is not visible on the website when booking.
Hotel was beautiful but staff were so rude to us, especially evo. Terrible bar service at the pool, we would never come back. Showers in the changing rooms were broken, no soap in the showers and bathrooms and we didn’t get greeted very nicely when we arrived. We came here for a treat and we were really disappointed.
