Valero Grand Suites by Swiss Belhotel Makati

Our stay at Valero Grand Suites was very pleasant. The staff were approachable and friendly — always polite and accommodating whenever we needed assistance. We requested water and kitchen wares through a quick call, and they provided everything promptly without any hassle. Great service overall, and we truly appreciated their responsiveness and warm attitude. Highly recommended! Shoutout to all the employees for showing how well-trained they are in customer service — from the front desk staff all the way to the lifeguard.

Had a pleasant holy week stay here. Room was spacious and clean. Although bathroom lighting can be improved as well as the water heater (heater wasn’t working properly). Location was perfect as it’s near restaurants and coffee shops. But service was great. Kudos to Pat of Front Desk for the assistance ☺️ Will definitely come back.

Location 5⭐ Unbeatable location close to anything and everything (Ayala triangle, restaurants, cafes, you name it) Room 2⭐ The 1-BR suite is very spacious and the TV has ample channels. However, there's not much natural light and the aircon units are noisy. A little worn down, you can see chippings on the corners of the toilet. Service 5⭐ We needed to extend and we had to move rooms, they very nicely helped us with our things. They're also quite helpful getting in and out of the main door with the staff always being alert. Amenities 4⭐ Restaurant downstairs, optional breakfast served. Although we didn't use it, I believe they have a gym and a pool.
