I am traveling a lot, and I must say that if I could I would give 6 or even 10 stars. Rooms are great, clean, comfortable with beautiful vistas. Food is super tasty and fresh, coffee is great. And the staff - the best of the bests - always smiled happy and ready to help. We had very "uncommon" issues like for example sick child and staff were there for us, they helped us with ordering doctor home visits and many more. I definitely recommend staining here!

Review: We stayed at this hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, we could not sleep for two of them due to excessive noise from other guests. The entire hotel seemed to have complaints, yet the owners did nothing to resolve the issue. Despite raising our concerns multiple times, we were not offered any discount or any other form of compensation. The rooms are poorly insulated, which would be understandable if at least nighttime rest was possible. Sadly, it was not. If you’re looking for a place to actually get some sleep, I would not recommend staying here.

Sadly booked this hotel for our hiking vacation. First I would like to mention, that one male receptionist was very nice and helpful. But that was sadly the only great expirience, since the rooms where despited being old pretty unconfortable especially the mattress felt like concrete. The hotel offers also a spa but it is kinda old, small and not comparable to other hotel spas. What really made us write this review was, that we booked and payed this hotel in advance via VIO and it was (pre paid) 140 EUR per night. Then in the hotel a female receptionist acted like we did not pay and wanted to charge us 170 EUR for a night, which first was paid and second is way to old for this dated premise.
