I organized an event in the hotel and the staff was incredible from beginning to end. They have been kind, helping me plan every little detail and making sure my guests and I had a great time. The place is beautiful, elegant but rustic. I recommend it!
Lovely hotel with an above average restaurant. Really lovely folks tending to the place too, especially the mother and son, Elan as well. Really pleased with our choice to stay here for 5 nights! 1 star taken away as the auto lights were very tricky and insufficient drinking water from the dispenser. All else were homely and welcoming, we loved it. Kudos also to the elderly breakfast lady who were on her own for the first few days, she is so friendly, hardworking and detailed! Top notch customer service, well done!
Very nice room, probably very newly refurbished. The service is very good, friendly staff for breakfast. We only stayed one night but very nice setting for a couple of nights to visit the Garrotxa area. I do not give it 5 stars because I felt the breakfast was OK but really overpriced compared to its quality and variety (and it was 'mandatory' in our rate when we booked the room).
