The place is simply divine! Amazing surrounding and stunning views. You are literally surrounded with lemon trees. Nice apartments and Kamila is a great and friendly host! We loved it and so did our two little boys - the pool is fantastic. We will definitely come back!

We arrived on a sunny and quiet day. The owner gave us a warm welcome and intro to the property - the land of lemon trees. The air smells delicious with the white flowers on bloom. The valla well situated only couple mins from center of Noto, on the hill. Stunning views! We instantly felt relaxed, and not long four of us were taking a siesta by the pool. It was peaceful and tranquil. We were visited by two kittens. They were quiet too... just staying by outside sunbathing with us. We would love to return and stay longer in the future.

I expect small-scale accommodation with about 8 apartments. Owner / contact person also lives on the estate, which is surrounded by beautiful nature including many lemon trees and succulents. Swimming pool is beautiful, large and tidy and wonderfully quiet and the view is beautiful. A few minutes by car from the center of Noto. Apartment is old but clean. However, some items such as the oven (we had to take it out and find a socket for it), washing machine (which fell apart during use), gas stove (bad burners) and some furniture could be replaced. The bedroom became very warm because the air conditioning is only in the living room. We opened the window, but unfortunately there was no mosquito net. In the morning you hear quite a lot of noise from the surroundings.
