Excellent location, good food out standing service. Over loocking the spectacular view of la Martine valley.
The hotel I stayed at was extremely disappointing. It was very expensive for the quality of the room. The furniture was old and worn out, giving the room a dated and unappealing look. The heating system was terrible, and as a result, the floor was extremely cold. It was so uncomfortable that we couldn't even walk barefoot in the room. To make matters worse, the bed didn't seem clean, and we were only provided with a thin blanket to keep us warm in the freezing room. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. What made the experience even more frustrating was the unhelpful staff. When we tried to voice our complaints, they were unable to assist us or resolve any of our issues. It was clear that they were not equipped to handle customer concerns. Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. It doesn't deserve even a single star rating. I strongly advise people to stay away from this place.
The restaurant had horrible fattouch and batata harra and they burned plastic in the fireplace. They didn't even have hummus
