Valstar Hotel Canggu

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they’re cleaned daily. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, just like every other meal of the day. I also rented a scooter for one day directly at the front desk for 100k. I asked to leave my suitcase at the hotel for 5 days while I visited the Komodo Islands, and the staff kindly agreed. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved my stay at Valstar Hotel in Canggu! The rooms are lovely — clean, spacious, and thoughtfully done up. The staff is super sweet and always happy to help with a smile. The highlight for me was the view from my suite — endless, kickass rice fields that made mornings feel like a dream. Breakfast isn’t a massive spread but everything they serve is top quality and tastes great — fresh, wholesome, and satisfying. 100% coming back here. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a calm, beautiful spot in Canggu!

Staff was great! professional and friendly from the reception to the restaurant. Our bed sheets had holes and were dirty! stains everywhere , including old blood stains. Towels were also old and stained. Yes, it is Asia and 3 stars standard are lower, however we have visited bali many times and have been staying in many hotels and NEVER had such a bad experience. Management has to really replace all linen and towels and upgrade their level cause there is a lot of competition out there for the same prices.
