Very nicely designed, beautifully decorated, and clean room with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities, including a jacuzzi. Surroundings are nice and peaceful. Only drawback is the closeness to the railway tracks. The reception staff was efficient, kind and helpful. An excellent experience so far.
Wonderful staff and nice accommodations!! The hotel was able to book us and our dog last minute when our car broke down nearby. The rooms are very comfortable, nice food options, and all staff incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Our second stay at hotel beveren van der Valk … Belgium… arrived on Friday noon … party of 3 two adults and child check in was simple and easy.. everything was as we requested.. we received a complimentary welcome drink .. the room was a comfort room .. which was sufficient clean . We opted for the summer happy stay .. which includes live cooking opt .. it was amazing quality food and service.. breakfast was delicious too.. we have stayed at many hotel and ate in many hotel restaurants over the years but this we have nominated better than Hilton even the one in Dubai which we last visited… and many others over the years but… van der Valk follow a code for continuity and their ethic of how to contribute a well balanced service and value keeping customers happy definitely will return next summer thank you van der Valk for making our stay a delightful one …
