Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for business last week. So much so that I am booked again tomorrow for another week. Beautiful hotel, fantastic facilities and the staff were amazing. I ate in the restaurant every night and the food is beautiful, very reasonably priced and whether eaten in the restaurant or on the patio, it was always a treat. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Only thing I would add is that I would consider adding ironing facilities to all rooms, rather than asking for a small travel iron type iron at reception. But a small thing in the grand scheme of things. Loved it, and looking forward to returning tomorrow evening for another week. Thanks to the staff for making the stay so pleasant

This is the third time we have stayed and cannot fault this lovely hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful, food is fantastic and always available! Rooms are clean and relaxing, always feel relaxed after our stay! The spa and wellness facilities are great and again always available! We love the natural surroundings! All in all a wonderful stay and was sad to leave, cannot wait for next year. Thank you x

We stayed in the Wellness Suite and were overall satisfied with our experience. The room itself was lovely – especially the private sauna and whirlpool, which made our stay feel very relaxing and special. However, we had some difficulties with the storage situation in the room. The wardrobe space was extremely limited – just small, low-standing 1-meter closets, where we had to crouch down and where our clothes barely fit. For a suite in this category, we expected more thoughtful storage options. What truly disappointed us, though, was the dinner situation. We had planned to dine in the hotel restaurant and inquired at reception about 4–5 hours in advance, only to be told there were no tables available. We were surprised that no priority is given to hotel guests, especially those staying in premium suites like the Wellness Suite. Even more frustrating was the lack of effort from the reception team to offer a solution – no suggestions, no alternatives, no small gesture to make up for the inconvenience. It was just a flat “sorry, it’s full” – and we were left to figure it out ourselves. After waiting quite a while, we ended up grabbing something at the bar, which really wasn’t what we had hoped for during a wellness-focused stay. It felt like a missed opportunity for the hotel to create a more seamless, worry-free experience.
