A bit of an inconvenient location only if you don’t drive but everything else was as expected. Staff very friendly and loved being able to go and watch a movie and then go straight to bed!

Good and clean rooms located at a convenient place. But interesting to find out that Late-Check outs come with a fee and there is not even a notion of checking planning etc.. let alone offering a "late check out" as a customer service or simply a way to retain customers. Missed your mark and the chance for gaining a returning customer

It was our 2.stay in VdV brand.The first stay was days before.It is incredible how possible hotels from same chain could be so different,unfortunately toward to worse. 1.Receptionist-we got only room card,no information about wellness facilities,about opening hours in wellness.She gave us voucher only for meat balls.I reserved hotel direct throught Valk account,as complimentary you can have welcome drink. We had welcome drink at the first hotel.I had to go to the reception again. 2.Our safety box didnt work,I think that battery were out. Receptionist said us that repairman is not in and we have to wait for next day.Really?Nobody check it before if it works? 3.First day-The room was not clean well.On the table, tv table and bedside tables were stains from mugs and glasses.I had to clean it ourselves,you are really 4stars hotel?Bathroom-shower has dirty corner throughout the stay. Others day-no vacuuming,no cleaning any tables. She only take out the trash and polished faucet in the sink and shower.That is all,nothing more.No cleaning floor,no cleaning shower. 4.Bathroom is big,but without any door.You cant close the door in the bathroom and in the shower.So there is still very cold,never was here comfort warm temperature. 5.swimming pool-here is no staff to help you.Overcrowded,people from India wore boots.And if towels are not available in the pool area in the cabinet,and also they are out of stock in cabinet in the hall before you enter the pool,you have to go-in a swimsuit-to the reception and ask them for help with this situacion.This is not normal behavior in 4star hotel! 6.Breakfast-absolutely dirty place-dirty tables with leftover crumbs from others,dirty fabric armchairs. You can see stains on every chain. Im not sure if they were ever cleaned.Only 3 coffee makers=queues.Sparkling wine is a available but you have to ask staff for glasses and opening the bottle.Or should I have done myself? Positive-very good choice of food for breakfast. Not recommend hotel
