If you're ever staying in Rotterdam and have a car to get around Holland, this place is perfect. Family friendly, quiet, beside the zoo and lots of parking. Food was great, rooms are super clean and would stay again. We were visiting family all over Holland and this place looked good enough. It was better than expected.
Nice hotel, 2 minutes walk to Blijdorp Zoo main reason for booking here. Shame that our room is dusty. The shower tap is difficult to adjust into right temp. Water flows are strong. Room is sound proof w/c I loved. Friendly Receptionist.
On the days that housekeeping did come into the room, all the did was change towels. They never made or changed the bed, never mopped floors or wiped sides and didn’t remove room service plates
