We booked a meeting room and lunch for 40 people. The room itself was excellent, with a built-in sound system. Lunch was in the same room, and the quality of the food and the service were both excellent. Would certainly recommend for a business meeting
The beds in the room were very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent – I really appreciated that. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and the whole place smelled amazing, which added to the nice atmosphere. However, some of the reception staff were not very pleasant during their shifts. The phones in two of the rooms didn’t work, and the staff didn’t help with calling a taxi or assisting with getting our luggage from the car. That was disappointing for a hotel of this level.
One night was more than enough. Very noisy: Windows are just there to keep the birds off flying in. They are not holding back any sound. Hotel restaurant played life music: very bad band and extremely loud. Unfortunately for all who payed extra for the sea-view: very noisy till after 12pm Room is OK, bathroom had its best days. Dark and moist spots. No bedsheets, just a tablecloth.
