This is a very nice hotel in a perfect location to visit downtown Spa. The rooms were quite nice and spacious by European standards. The service was outstanding with the staff being both friendly and attentive. It's also connected via funicular to the Thermes spa, which made it very convenient to visit there as well. The only criticisms I have are that it was quite warm while we were there, and the AC in the room was "meh". Now the other shortcoming isn't entirely their fault because of the location, but the availability of parking at the hotel is extremely limited. I could write an entire paragraph on parking, but we'll just leave it at that. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely go back!
All great, except the very loud dance/ pop music at 7am breakfast.. who needs that? Especially seen the clientele and the somewhat classy interior.
2nd time staying in a group to work at the F1. Twin rooms booked and confirmed that 2 beds would be needed. Arrived to find 1 bed rooms and to be told ' can't you both sleep in 1 bed for the night' Finally given cot beds in the room, which were definitely designed for a child. When we checked out early in the morning they tried to charge 25 euros for the use of the cot bed. Disappointing service
