Van der Valk Hotel Venlo

I enjoyed stay here, Clean room, serene atmosphere, good for jet-lag recovery, also good for meditation. Btw, it's better to choose a new room (renovation). About food, especially the breakfast, there is a menu of fried rice and keroepoek, reminds me of my hometown in Indonesia, delicious comfort food. For the salad made by their restaurant, it is also delicious and fresh, the taste is also balanced, it is really worth trying. Disadvantages: it is not in the city center, so it is not close to shopping centers.

Always very nice to stay! About time to make some works in the old part of the hotel because the rooms are really not nice. Also, if you have dinner at the e hotel, the food is very good but the service is very slow!

Beautiful room, but the shower head leaking so badly that it was not possible to take a shower without making all the hair wet. Great food variety at the breakfast, but really terrible location of the tables available for hotel guests. We were put in the middle of the hall, on a terrible draft (it felt like we were sitting on the street - really cold and windy). We asked for change of the table and they only could offer a small table at the entrance of the kinds playground, while the entire very comfortable sitting area was reserved for I have no idea who (also the area within breakfast buffet). Such a terrible experience!
