Van der Valk Palace Hotel Noordwijk

Great option extremely close to the Noordwijk beach and all main restaurants, directly next to a bus stop. Super nicely and tastefully decorated. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was quite complete and varied. The kids room was ideal for when the weather is not helping. The indoor pool was well equipped but relatively small, it can get crowded soon

The location is just 5 minutes walk from the centre. The service is good. We did not try food at their restaurant but ate from places around. Good choices of Indian, and mexican food available nearby. The beach is also walking distance, stroller friendly, nice breakfast places around that opens at 9 am. The hotel has very nice pool, sauna and steam bath. The showers and changing rooms are nice and comfy. Parking is paid. Kids play area is nice too.

Reception desk personnel came across uninterested and gave wrong information about the reservation. Spa very limited, Turkish steambath in the spa was unhygienic and smelled poorly and water in small swimming pool was cold, superior room had no robes and slippers. Food in restaurant was tasty. Parking under hotel is convenient.
