Disappointed by Service, Mixed Stay Overall We recently stayed at this resort and had a very mixed experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a receptionist who seemed more bothered than welcoming. As someone who previously worked as a front desk manager, I was surprised at the lack of hospitality. There was no information shared about current resort events, amenities, or pool closures—just a quick handover of keys and a few brochures. It was far from the warm welcome we had hoped for. The house we stayed in was very spacious and well-equipped, which was a definite plus. However, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not priorities. We found ourselves cleaning upon arrival, and the overall condition was worn. The shower showed signs someone had used a peeling product before us, and the headboard hadn't been vacuumed in what looked like a long time. Even the floors were poorly cleaned, which was particularly disappointing since we were traveling with small children who spend a lot of time on the ground. The indoor pool was a highlight—it’s a lovely facility. However, the outdoor area and hot tubs were all closed during our stay, which was never mentioned during check-in. That lack of communication made planning activities frustrating. Another issue: we accidentally left my daughter’s goggles at the indoor pool showers on Wednesday night. Despite informing staff immediately, it took until Saturday to locate them. We were the last ones in the area that evening, so a quicker resolution seemed reasonable. On a positive note, we did encounter one bright spot—our waiter. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and his service truly stood out in contrast to the rest of the resort staff. Overall, this resort has potential, but the guest experience—especially the front desk service and housekeeping—needs serious attention.

Please see this only for the food! We came to charge the car and wanted some dinner also. The waitress keep walk by without talking to us, so kind of weird. We could only order pizza for some reason, and they seems like it was from the freezer.

Very disappointing – not recommended for families This resort had the potential to be a wonderful family destination, but unfortunately, that was far from the case. The service was among the worst we’ve ever experienced — possibly the worst. It's hard to understand how a tourist resort can be run by staff who only speak German. Finding someone who could speak even a little English was nearly impossible. On top of that, the staff were often rude, unhelpful, and far from child-friendly. They market themselves as a family resort with activities for young children, yet the staff seemed completely unequipped to handle families with kids. Half of the children’s activities were either closed or open during odd hours — for example, right when young children usually nap. Honestly, it felt like whoever runs this place has very little understanding of families or children’s needs. What’s even more frustrating is that this was during peak season — yet many of the advertised facilities and activities were closed. This should have been clearly communicated in advance so guests could manage their expectations before booking. This is just a small portion of our disappointment. I genuinely cannot recommend this place to anyone — especially not families. One star is generous.
