I didn't believe it when I saw the comments, maybe they changed it later. I stayed at their hotel in 2017, frankly I liked it very much, but when I read the comments, it made me wonder if something happened later.
It is currently under renovation due to changing hands, but it is a beautiful hotel right on the lake, with a pier-style entrance and a cafe.
It was a terrible hotel, we asked the staff for water, they said you can get it from the bar, we know how to get it :) Zero service, bad food - two of our friends vomited until the morning after the chicken pasta - it needs to be done urgently.
