Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown Hotel

I stayed 4 nights at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel might have an older charm, but it’s spacious, clean, and full of character — and the service was top-notch. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with smiles and professionalism. I arrived early, and they kept my luggage safe and sound, then called me right away when my room was ready, which was a really nice touch. The location is incredible — right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. Whether we were heading out for food, exploring the waterfront, or meeting friends, everything was just a short walk away. I also used the gym twice, which was well-equipped, and had a few drinks with friends at the lobby bar on different occasions — great vibe and perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vancouver. I’d absolutely stay here again!

One of the better Marriott Properties in Vancouver. The staff is great and service oriented. Great Marriott status recognition. Location is perfect for the business traveller. Lots of onsite amenities ( bar restaurant and Marriott lounge). Many of the Marriott properties here in Vancouver close to the water don’t recognize or give you anything for having Ambassador Status, it was a nice surprise to actually get an upgrade. The hotel is very clean and well run.

While this hotel had the patina of an older hotel, it was well maintained and comfortable. The staff were all friendly, smiling and helpful. The location allows easy access to the water front with a seawall bike and pedestrian path that provides beautiful views . Sunsets are not to be missed. There is shopping nearby and a variety of cuisines for meals.
