This hotel is a disgrace to hospitality. If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire stay felt like a punishment for choosing the wrong place to sleep. Let’s rewind to day one: I got lost trying to find the hotel. I asked a policeman to call the numbers printed on their business card—both were disconnected and inactive. Imagine being in a new country, lost, tired, and panicking… and the hotel can’t even be reached because they didn’t bother updating their contact info. I had to buy a local SIM card and rely on Google Maps to locate them. When I finally arrived and told them about it? They shrugged and said, “We don’t know.” No apology. No concern. No clue. Now to the rest of the nightmare: • I was traveling with my sister and her two daughters—11 years old and 6 years old. We were given a room with NO LOCK on the door and NO PHONE. When I asked what would happen if we got stuck inside or lost the only key, they literally said: “We don’t know.” • That’s not just neglect. That’s dangerous. Who gives a mother and children a room with no basic safety? • The landline in the room was dead. I reported it immediately. They said they’d bring a new device. I reminded them every single day for a week. It never came. • The room? Filthy. The bathroom had a persistent foul smell that didn’t go away no matter how many times I begged for cleaning. • I asked why the room wasn’t cleaned while we were out. They said, “You have to stay in the room so we can send cleaning services around noon.” Seriously? I traveled to sit and babysit the cleaners? • They constantly forgot to bring water, teabags, and sugar—and then had the nerve to argue with me about paying for them. • When I finally got sugar after chasing them for days, they knocked FIVE times on my door to take back a dusty, rusted, ugly tray, like I was gonna run away with it. • The receptionist was constantly sending random guys to knock on our door for issues they messed up. • Towels were stained, the sheets weren’t clean, and the bathroom floor towel was never replaced unless we begged and went downstairs multiple times. • They called a taxi for me once—it was a hotbox on wheels, no AC, and the driver charged double the regular price. • The lobby and restaurant were boiling hot. I asked them to turn on the AC. They said they “lost the remote” and opened a window—with trash piled outside and hot air blasting in. • When calling the lobby phone asking for basic things, they told me to “wait by the room phone.” Which was dead. For the entire stay. • The AC broke on our last night and kept making loud noises like a dying animal. Bottom line? This hotel is incompetent, unsanitary, unsafe, and couldn’t care less if you’re comfortable or alive. DO NOT bring your family here. Do not bring your children here. Do not bring yourself here. Sleep literally anywhere else. Even a bench in the airport would treat you better.
