Vann Spa Hotell & Konferens

The spa was nice, specially the outdoor area. Wish there were other kinds of fruits though due to allergy. Food was really good, both dinner and breakfast! Happy that the robe and slippers were in the room when we arrived. The slippers were super uncomfy though.

Overall: A nice hotel to stay at with some standout features, but a few things could be improved. Liked: - The views and scenery were beautiful. - Breakfast was fabulous with a good variety. - The spa was relaxing, though a bit small outside - still a nice experience. - The staff were friendly and provided good service. Didn’t like: - There was no clear communication (especially when booking via Booking.com) that spa access needed to be reserved in advance. My friend notified me about this. I booked a 2-hour indoor pool slot and was charged an additional ~300 SEK (around $30 USD), which felt odd for a spa hotel. - The carpets in the room looked a bit dirty and could use more attention. - Robe was not provided in the room unless I requested. - There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which was inconvenient. - No information was provided about the activities you can book for a fee, later i found some on website.

We ve been to Vann Spa a dozen times ocer the years. The staff us always smiling and helpful. Food is good, the breakfast is great. Surroundings are wonderful. Outdoor gym is nice. However the hotel and some facilities could benefit from some maintenance or renovation. Minigolf area for example needs some refreshing. Kids playground is old and some parts are rusty, trampoline needs repairs.
