Vantaris Palace

I highly recommend this hotel! 🤩 We stayed here as a family with our 4-year-old child in August 2024. The grounds are green and beautiful. I’ve never seen sunsets more stunning than here! 😻 The food was delicious, with a wide variety of cuisines and dishes-different kinds of meat and fish, ice cream, desserts, and fruits. The staff was kind, and the rooms were clean. There’s a souvenir and beach shop on the hotel grounds, so if you forget something, you can easily buy it without leaving the hotel. The prices are reasonable. The only thing to note is that there’s no evening animation for children. However, there are plenty of other activities like dancing, music, and performances. Our child never felt bored. There’s a kids’ pool and a small playroom near the pool. There’s also a beach restaurant where you can eat, enjoy cocktails, and grab some ice cream. During the day, kind women treated our child to fruits 🍉🍍🍌 and ice cream. 🍨 Overall, the hotel is well-maintained and clean. We were very satisfied with our stay. 😊

A Wonderful Stay at Vantaris Palace! My recent visit to Vantaris Palace was truly delightful, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it for a fantastic getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure every need was met. Their warmth and professionalism were consistently impressive. A special shout-out must go to Mrs. Soula, who embodies exceptional hospitality. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help made a significant difference to our experience. She is a true asset to the hotel! The food offerings were consistently delicious, with a great variety that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a pleasure, and we looked forward to dining at the hotel. The pool area is absolutely superb – clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. We spent many happy hours by the water. While the beach was perfectly fine for a stroll and a dip, it's the overall excellent facilities, wonderful food, and especially the outstanding staff that truly make this hotel shine. Thank you, Vantaris Palace, for a memorable and highly enjoyable stay! We hope to return soon.

I recently stayed here with my family for a week. Our arrival was pleasant – many thanks to the reception team. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for evening strolls. The pool area is excellent, offering various pools with different depths, which made it ideal for teaching my son how to swim during our vacation. I especially want to highlight the female lifeguard, who always kept a watchful eye on everything and ensured everyone’s safety by not tolerating any rule-breaking. Despite this, she was always very friendly and helpful. The beach is very clean, and the access to the sea is well-maintained. There were more than enough sunbeds and umbrellas available. We had half board and usually had lunch at the beach bar, where both snacks and proper meals were offered. I’d also like to highlight the young and motivated staff at the main restaurant. We always sat outside near the mini market, where a particularly friendly young lady served us. Unfortunately, she didn’t wear a name tag, but she always brought a good mood and supported her station waitress reliably. The food was varied and always very good. The buffet was kept clean at all times, though the long queue in front of it was occasionally a bit annoying. All the staff were friendly with our little one, which is always very important to me. Our room was always very clean and well-equipped. The sea view was stunning. All in all, as someone who travels a lot and enjoys it, I must say Crete is one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Coming from the hotel industry myself, I can say this is a very well-executed concept, and I would gladly return!
