It was a very exhilarating experience to be at the Fern Residency. The rooms and the staff made the experience memorable with their service and cleanliness. Julius ensured that all guests were made to feel special which is very rare in the Hospitality industry. Looking forward to visiting the Hotel on my next visit to Miramar, Goa.

All the staff at front desk was very helpful. From the time of booking till checkout, all the things were taken care of. My special request for room decoration was top notch. Housekeeping staff is very prompt. They did a very good decoration . Management shall appriciate their good work.

Not the Ferns I Once Knew I've stayed at Ferns multiple times before and always appreciated the service and hospitality, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The current staff are a stark contrast to the previous ones rude, unhelpful, and indifferent to guests’ needs. Basic amenities like the TV and other in-room features didn’t even work. I had an emergency and politely requested a plate, but was rudely denied without any empathy or explanation. I understand if there are certain policies, but the tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. Even during breakfast, the staff looked annoyed to serve and carried a visibly rude attitude. The warmth and professionalism that once defined Ferns is completely gone. Sadly, the quality has dropped drastically, and unless things change, I won’t be considering this place again.
