Varivana Resort Koh Phangan The Centara Collection

Varivana Resort was a great stay! The hotel is new and very clean and minimalist - modern design. The rooms are comfortable and the views from the window and balcony are beautiful! But the best part was the breakfast! They had so many delicious and healthy food. a lot of vegan / vegetarian options. And the staff were so nice and friendly! I highly recommend this hotel, just keep in mind that you will need to be mobile as it’s a bit far from town.

Amazing rooms, rooftop infinity pool, mountain and ocean views, great service! Had a really great comfortable stay here. Little far from things though, so I recommend a bike. Must try Dear Phangan, the restaurant just down the road, while you are here! Motorbikes available for rent 370 baht/day at reception. Taxi service to the pier for 150 baht per person.

I stayed at Varivana Hotel for three nights after my original booking at Bluerama had to be changed due to renovations. I discovered this hotel by chance — and honestly, it turned out to be a much better choice. I paid a bit more than planned, but absolutely no regrets. Sometimes, spending a little extra really pays off — and this was definitely one of those cases. The hotel is clean, modern, peaceful, and offers a touch of luxury that feels just right in the middle of this otherwise energetic island. If you’re looking to take a break from the chaos and treat yourself to a few comfortable, quiet days — this is the place. The staff is super friendly, chill, and helpful. Service and reception were truly excellent. Highly recommended!
