Vasa Hotel Surabaya

I recently stayed at Vasa Hotel Surabaya and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The lobby and public areas are elegant and modern, creating a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, featuring a comfortable bed, premium amenities, and a stunning view of the city. The attention to detail—from the lighting to the bath products—was top-notch. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The selection was vast, including both Indonesian and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly polite and quick to respond to requests.

Great location, easy access to the toll road and city center. Large rooms with plenty of amenities including complementary drinks and snacks. Great breakfast with a large selection of western and asian foods. The only negative comment I have with my stay this time (room 3611) is what appears to be an unclean toilet seat, It could be a cigarette burn.. I suggest Vasa housekeeping pay closer attention to the level of its cleaning service.
