Vasia Ormos Hotel

The service was absolutely perfect. Every time we needed something, our requests were met with genuine kindness and a smile. The cleanliness of both the hotel and the room surprised us time and again – everything was spotless and fresh every day. Our room was new, cozy, and very comfortable – a real pleasure to return to after a day out. The pool is deep, well-maintained, and surrounded by new, comfortable sunbeds. The nearby bay beach is quiet and beautiful, with sandy access and cozy loungers. Breakfast was simply indulgent – delicious, varied, and served with a breathtaking view. There’s also a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient for anything we needed during our stay. What we liked slightly less (but it wasn’t a big issue): The center of Agios Nikolaos is about a 30-minute walk from the hotel. Alternatively, a short taxi ride costs around €8 each way — not a major inconvenience, but something to consider. Perfect – we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Lovely quiet and relaxing hotel. Despite reading various negative reviews about the rooms, I was very happy with ours it was spacious, clean and bed comfy. The hotel was very clean and the rooms made up every day. The staff were kind and attentive. Good breakfast. The location was easy to get into the main town by taxi - about 30 min walk otherwise but there are great restaurants and bars within a 10-15 minute walk towards town.

We were fortunate enough to have stayed here for two weeks at the beginning of July this year. The hotel was beautiful in every way. Spotlessly clean in every area. The breakfast was superb with an incredible array of different foods, hot and cold, absolutely brilliant. Sitting in the large breakfast area, plenty of room with a stunning view across the sea, what more could anyone ask for. All the staff throughout the hotel were helpful and kind as was Dimitris the hotel manager. Most helpful and polite in every way. We paid for an upgrade to a superior room and that is what we were given. In the front with an amazing view of the sea and across to the town. Well worth the extra money. The bedding changed daily! crisp white sheets, soft white towels in the bathroom, I cannot write highly enough for this beautiful gem of a hotel. 2 freshwater pools and plenty of beds around each one. Also the lovely little beach with umbrellas is literally a 5 minute walk across the road (not a busy road either) Agias Nicholas town is great too with plenty of fabulous eating places, all good. 15 to 20 minutes walk from the hotel or just a few euros in a taxi. The receptionist phoned a taxi each time and it arrived within a few minutes, excellent service. Fabulous and thank you, we will definitely be coming again next year.
