Vasia Sea Retreat Adults Only

What an amazing resort, our first time in Crete. Here to celebrate my birthday and our wedding anniversary. Got an upgrade on arrival to a maisonette with a jacuzzi, wonderful! Today, I found wine and fruit in our room for my birthday and anniversary. So thoughtful. We are having a fantastic time 😍🥰

Our second visit to this lovely hotel and it didn't disappoint. The rooms are spotless and we had a lovely sea view. The layout is distinctly odd with the washbasin in the room rather than the bathroom and there is almost no storage for clothes, etc. However, breakfast was good, all the staff exceptionally friendly (Monika on reception even remembered us from last year) and helpful and the quiet, peaceful location wonderful. We are all ready considering another visit!

It’s such a nice and lovely place ☀️ There are 3 pools. 2 small ones and 1 bigger one. It’s next to the sea, but you can’t swim there since it’s too rough. Outside there are different cozy spots to sit down and relax. The bar next to the swimmingpool serves different things (from whiskey to soda’s and small snacks) and on Thursday there was live music from a saxophonist. He was very good! Everything is clean. Staff is kind and our room got cleaned every day. We booked basic, but Sunweb gave us the honeymoon-room with our own pool. The room is very comfortable, with many things: - coffeemachine with coffee-cups, milk and sugar - small kettle with teabags - cups for coffee, tea and soda’s - small fridge - refill with waterbottles every day - towels: for bathing and for the pool - small music-box from Marshall - in bathroom: shampoo, soap, conditioner, bodylotion, packages with sewing gear - two layerer room with one shower on ground floor and one on first floor Breakfast is basic, but with many options. They served vegan cheese, soya-yoghurt and soya-milk (nice, since my boyfriend is lactose-free). Besides that they serve food like: eggs, veggies, bread, yoghurt, muesli, nuts, fruits, cake. You can take a plate and take breakfast by yourself. You can also ask for the menu to see other options for food and drinks. Definitely a place we can go back to. Sissi is also very very nice. Enough restaurants, enough things to see, shops or rent a quad and discover more outside Sissi.
