Viry nice hotel for the price. Staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast are nothing special but gets the job done. Great location in front of yenikapi metro station. They have a small indoor heated pool but nobody use it except my family so it felt like a private pool. Rooms are clean. One problem is the lack noise suppression. You can hear people talk from their rooms in the corridor. You hear door knocking and opening from outside our room. Overall it was a nice time in this hotel.
DISASTER. Bugs , constant noise, negative and unkind staff, sauna doesn't work ... Instead of a welcome smile, we were greeted by the negativity that was felt. The sad faces of dissatisfied people. Communication is very bad, Because they don't speak English.We didn't feel comfortable at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL
The service was very terrible, staff was very rude,unfriendly and didn't prioritize customer service at all. I've been here several times but with a new management, this hotel has just spiralled downhill. Very poor service. Will absolutely never recommend. The bathroom is too small for anyone to fit in and the bed is absolutely uncomfortable. 0/10 !!!
