The location is great just a few minutes walk from the Vatican museum and a metro station. The staff an room is also of an high standard. When it comes to breakfast, you only get a typical Italian breakfast consisting of croissant and coffee, served at a cafe a few minutes away. So if you are a big eater, you may need to buy some more food. From a personal perspective, since I arrived by motorcycle, I was missing a place to stop to unload my luggage. Now I had to carry all my luggage quite far since there weren't even a place to stop for a few minutes. So if you arrive by vehicle, you may need to consider this.

--not recommended to anyone!!-- The hotel informed my parents' by an automatic email 9 days before their travel that they can't host them, without offering an alternative option, simply telling them the fact. The room was already paid. When we contacted them (because they did not try to get in touch with us), there was a language barrier. The lady answering the phone sepaks English with Google translate and doesn't understand what you say. She showed no sorry, no efforts to help us, though it's the property's obligation. And in 5 days interestingly they couldn't find any replacement (we found plenty...). Thanks for making my parents' first flight trip so memorable!
