What an incredible hotel, very big modern appartements, good food/drinks and very friendly staff. I got injured with skiing but a friendly staff member got me a wheelchair from a different town. Lovely spa and jacuzzi, swimming pool (inside) is too small. A little walk to the village but the location and view is great. Strongly recommended!
Pros: modern facilities. Modern rooms. Great balcony (superior apartment for 4 people). Nice architecture with very alpine feeling. Friendly staff. Outdoor pool is awesome. Great outdoor places to chill out, play, read. Good breakfast. Good coffee. Great location. Fast check-in and checkout. Digital key to your room for iOS and Android available. Charging station available. Wellness is small but well equipped. Cons : Pricey. Small room for 4 people. Outdoor parking costs 8EUR per night (too expensive for outdoor parking IMO). Terrible Internet connection (room 634).
We were really looking forward to having a beautiful vacation with our family, full of luxury and comfort, and that's why we decided on this accommodation. The environment is beautiful, nicely done, in a mountain style. The Superior Apartment looked great. Unfortunately, the services are not even close to the price. 1. I knew that there is a paid parking for €8, but in the summer I don't really understand what it is for, except for the cat that left paws all over the car. If it was at least included in the accommodation, so that it wouldn't be so obvious. Does anyone go to such a place by bus? 2. Breakfast for €25 per person. OK, space to show your qualities - not filled. A completely ordinary breakfast (yes, I have experience from other accommodations where there is a much bigger offer for half the price). 3. I met the cleaning service daily in our part of the accommodation. After 3 days I wondered when they would probably come and posted an "OK, Thx" sign on the doorknob, nothing. The next day also nothing, so I went to the reception, where I was told that our suite is not subject to cleaning, so I took towels, toilet paper, dishwasher capsules from the reception. I appreciate the fact that such an allowance was not charged to me. 4. The wellness and pool is beautiful again. We didn't swim outside because we were with a small child, but we enjoyed the indoor pool with other children. I think it probably put off the adults but they had an outdoor swimming pool where there is an age restriction. Unfortunately, I wanted to relax a bit in the sauna in the evening, but it was only 70° at 8:00 p.m. The fact that the wellness center is open until 21:00 does not mean that it is in operation. Unfortunately, some of the mentioned things put us off so much that we didn't even go to a local restaurant and instead went into town. We will probably never visit this place again.
